PD Genie – Field Officer is an interactive Personal Discussion (PD) application that allows the user to smartly conduct personal discussions with different customer segments like self-employed non-professionals, self-employed professionals and salaried customers.

The application is driven by in-built algorithms based on customer segment, product & type of business activity. In case the question templates require any modifications, the same can be done by raising a request for the same.
